RealEstateConnection.org is a service of Escrow Real Estate, Inc., a firm owned by John and Chanda Plepel. Escrow Real Estate, Inc. was originally created as a holding company for the Plepel’s real estate investments, as well as their property management firm.  After years of providing advice and information to their friends and family members, John and Chanda decided to develop a comprehensive web site dedicated to connecting real people with the resources and information that they so often seek while shopping for real estate.

John provides commercial and residential real estate services through his brokerage agreement with Baird & Warner Realty - Professional.
