Before I even became a full time real estate agent I had a vision of a real estate website that was dedicated to connecting real people with the resources and information they so often seek.  So when I made the decision to dedicate my time into this career spent considerable time and resources to create this site with that stated.  Like most agent websites, users can conduct property searches using the most recent data from our local MLS®.   RealEstateConnection.org, however, goes a step further and has comprehensive panel of industry experts from several fields, including a real estate attorney, loan originator, and insurance agent.

John Plepel
John Plepel began his real estate career as a commercial real estate appraiser for a national firm, servicing the banking industry, as well as several institutional and pension fund companies. Building on his knowledge of commercial real estate, John worked in the Advisory Services Department for a national real estate consulting firm which services the healthcare industry. After several years of working in commercial real estate full-time and investing in residential real estate as a hobby, John decided to combine his skills and knowledge of real estate and his passion for helping people into a new career as a real estate agent with Baird and Warner..
